Avocado Cucumber Tomato Salad

This is a great meal to make that is light, yet filling, delicious, and healthy.
​This recipe is absolutely easy to make and takes almost no time.
The Ingredients

  • 1-2 avocados
  • 1 seedless cucumber
  • 1 onion
  • a bunch of grape tomatoes 
  • a squeeze of a lemon
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 1 handful of chia seeds and flaxseeds
  • 1 handful of sliced almonds
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and black pepper to taste

The Recipe

  • Chop up your cucumber, avocado, onion, tomatoes, and parsley and add them all to a salad bowl.
  • Squeeze your lemon and add in the olive oil.
  • The almonds and seeds are optional but I do recommend them for the nutrients.
  • Sprinkle a little bit of salt and black pepper.
  • Toss everything together and enjoy!
