A great sugar-free and non-alcoholic drink!

I'm not one much for alcohol and tend to crave sweet beverages with the appearance of an alcoholic drink. You know, when they appear super tasty with pretty colors and you can't stop staring at it. So I decided to search for something pretty and tasty to drink without the alcohol. I wasn't sure which herb I wanted to use for this drink, so I chose both rosemary and sage. Mint would also be a great choice if you would rather choose that instead. I really love rosemary and figured I would favor this herb rather than sage.
I was right. Though the drink was tasty, I'm just not too big on sage.

Start out by smashing blackberries & crushing up your herbs.

Once your herb is crushed, steep them in a little bit of hot water for a few mins.

Strain your herb through a strainer or cheesecloth into your glass. Then strain the blackberries into your glass. Add in sugar free tonic water or club soda and some ice. You can make your drink look extra special with a couple of whole blackberries & an herb sprig. ;)

The tonic water I chose for this drink is by Zevia. They have other soda flavors as well and are very tasty. They are sugar free and naturally sweetened with stevia, monk fruit, and erythritol.
