Get your blueberry and banana fix with this delicious blueberry banana smoothie!
The Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 cup blueberries 2 bananas(fresh or frozen) 1 container blueberry yogurt 1/2 tbsp chia seeds 1/2 tbsp flax seeds Optional 1 tbsp peanut butter
Add all your ingredients in a blender and blend away!
If you would like your smoothie to be a thicker consistency,
freezing your bananas would help. Or just add a handful of ice cubes!
Voilà! You now have a beautful and delicious concoction!
I like to add some banana slices and sprinkle chia seeds on top
to make it look even more inviting before I devour it. Enjoy! :) Sharing is caring.
