The Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk 1 banana(fresh or frozen, frozen will help thicken the smoothie) 1 1/2 cup frozen peaches 1 container peach yogurt 1/2 tbsp chia seeds 1/2 tbsp flax seeds Optional: 1 tbsp peanut butter topped with whipped cream
Blend all the ingredients together well and top with whipped cream, if you'd like!
If I forget to freeze my bananas, I'll add a handful of ice cubes to thicken the smoothie a bit. I don't fancy for a liquid smoothie...blehh!
As you can see from the photos, I opt for almond milk yogurt and coconut whipped cream because I'm dairy free(extremely allergic...sadness...). At least these dairy alternatives are super tasty so it's not that sad! :D Sharing is caring.
