I'm a little lass who loves berries-n-cream!
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 cup mixed berries(I used blueberries, blackberries, & raspberries)
2 bananas(fresh or frozen)
1 container berry flavored yogurt
1 tsp flax seeds
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp peanut butter
top with coconut whipped cream
Blend all your ingredients together.
I froze my bananas ahead of time for a thicker consistency.
Add whipped cream on top, sprinkle some chia seeds, and now you have a yummy, healthy berries-n-cream "ice cream"!
