These cute little snacks packed with protein are to die for!
This recipe is dairy free & gluten free!
INGREDIENTS
Peanut Butter Balls 1/2 cup peanut butter(sugar free peanut butter to make it a sugar free recipe) 1/2 cup honey 1 cup plant based protein powder(mine was 2 servings, 1 serving = 1/2 cup) Chocolate "Ganache" 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 cup honey 6 tablespoons coconut oil(unrefined or refined, I chose unrefined to have a slight coconut taste to it)
If you didn't gobble them all up in under a minute like I did, keep them stored in the fridge to keep them from melting.
