These are just a few ideas to give you if you have ever had sweet cravings and didn't know what to grab, so you reach for the junk food instead. 

The fruit snacks below are healthy, fun and easy to make,
​and have satisfied my sweet cravings :)
Mango with Coconut Shreds

  • Slice up a ripe mango.
  • Add them to a plate.
  • ​Top with unsweetened coconut shreds, chia seeds, and flaxseeds.
Blackberries and Bananas

  • Slice up a banana.
  • Add them to a plate with blackberries
  • Top bananas with natural peanut butter, chia seeds, flaxseeds, and almonds.
Peanut Butter Chocolate Banana Bites

  • Melt a spoon full of coconut oil and mix in 100% unsweetened cocoa.
  • Slice up a banana.
  • Top bananas with natural peanut butter.
  • Freeze for about 5 mins.
  • Dip bottoms of banana slices in chocolate.
  • Add chia seeds & drizzle chocolate on top.
  • Freeze for about 2 mins.
